They book in three-hour arrival windows rather than promising an exact time, and they text when they are leaving for your home or office. Days are booked on your preference plus one, in case of conflicts.
Once you are on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, the day and time mostly stay the same. New clients are asked for a 50% deposit on the first cleaning, with payment due at the time of service.
Their own stated policy: if you are not happy with the service they will come back and fix it at no cost within 48 hours. Their words: “We are human and things do sometimes get missed but we will always make it back to fix it.”
