Floor care is where this company is genuinely different from the average cleaning service, and it is worth being clear about why. Vacuuming and mopping are maintenance: they remove what is loose and what is on top. Floor care is restoration, and it is a different skill with different machines. On a commercial hard floor, what actually takes the traffic is not the tile but the layers of finish sitting on it, and after a couple of years that finish dulls, greys and collects scuffs and black marks that no amount of mopping will reach, because the damage is in the coating rather than on it. Putting that right means taking the old finish off, cleaning the floor back, and building fresh coats up again. They book in three-hour arrival windows rather than promising an exact time, and they text when they are leaving for your home or office. Days are booked on your preference plus one, in case of conflicts.
Once you are on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, the day and time mostly stay the same. New clients are asked for a 50% deposit on the first cleaning, with payment due at the time of service.
Their own stated policy: if you are not happy with the service they will come back and fix it at no cost within 48 hours. Their words: “We are human and things do sometimes get missed but we will always make it back to fix it.”
