Commercial cleaning is judged on consistency rather than on any single visit, because the things people notice are the ones that get skipped: the break room sink, the restroom floor, the bin nobody emptied. Perham cleans desk areas that are cleared enough to work on, takes the trash out to your on-site dumpster or trash area, and vacuums and mops the floors every visit. Break rooms get dusted high to low with the sink, microwave and stove top wiped down. Restrooms get the sink and toilet cleaned, floors swept and mopped, walls and light switches spot wiped, and the door handles and high-touch areas done. Restocking paper and supplies can be added at extra charge if you would rather not manage it. They book in three-hour arrival windows rather than promising an exact time, and they text when they are leaving for your home or office. Days are booked on your preference plus one, in case of conflicts.
Once you are on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, the day and time mostly stay the same. New clients are asked for a 50% deposit on the first cleaning, with payment due at the time of service.
Their own stated policy: if you are not happy with the service they will come back and fix it at no cost within 48 hours. Their words: “We are human and things do sometimes get missed but we will always make it back to fix it.”
